On arrival, I was blown away by the breathtaking view of the Sicilian sea from the large terrace. It felt like stepping into a postcard, with the imposing volcano in the distance, creating a dramatic backdrop to my stay at the hotel. The warm waters and natural hydromassage provided by the underwater springs were a unique experience and left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I couldn't resist indulging in the plentiful and variegated breakfast served on the panoramic sea-view terrace, which set the tone for a perfect day ahead. The nearby thermal mud-baths were a real treat, and the therapeutic properties of the sulphureous waters were known to work wonders. The bar at the hotel became my little sanctuary throughout my stay, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a terrace or balcony to enjoy the stunning views. The nearby restaurant, serving delicious Aeolian dishes prepared with fresh fish, was a culinary delight. my stay at this Mediterranean-style hotel was nothing short of exceptional.
Nighttime noise from a nearby rave.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel on a beautiful island. First of all, the location was unbeatable. Just a short walk from the port and right across the road from the beach, it couldn't have been more convenient. Plus, there were mud baths nearby, which sounded amazing! Secondly, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided excellent suggestions on what to do and see on the island. And the best part? The rooms had balconies! The views were stunning, especially when the outside temperature reached a scorching 34C. Finally, I must mention the breakfast. It was simply delicious, and exactly what I expected from a hotel of this caliber.
Nothing needed improvement; everything was perfect!

The Christmas stay was great! the hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from must-visit places and also close to the port, which was very convenient. We loved the fact that it was right across the mud baths, and towels were generously provided for use. Plus, the different types of beaches were within easy reach, and all of them were lovely. the beautiful view of the Gran Cratere from the garden added to the charm of the place, and the rooms were spacious.
The sulfur smell was a bit overwhelming at first, but we soon stopped noticing it. the water from the shower did tend to leak all around the bathroom, which was a bit of a hassle.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in a prime spot between the thermal beach and the black sand beach in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with each room having spacious terraces to relax and dry towels, costumes, etc. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to the beach and ease of transportation were exceptional.
